Drew Gasparini

Drew Gasparini is an award winning composer/lyricist, and a performing singer/songwriter.  Some of his musicals include “Crazy, Just Like Me” (Winner of 2011 NYMF Best of Fest), “Turn Of The Screw” (book by Michael Kimmel, Lincoln Center), “Make Me Bad” (book by Alex Brightman, Bloomington Playwrights Project) and “The Up/Down” which is an ever changing song cycle based on autobiographical events and stories from Drew’s life.  Currently Drew is writing music and lyrics for a Broadway adaptation of the movie NIGHT SHIFT for Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures, an adaptation of the novel ITS KIND OF A FUNNY STORY for Universal Theatrical Group and an adaptation of the novel THE WHIPPING BOY (the latter two with Alex Brightman writing book).  Drew is signed to Razor&Tie Music Publishing and is a 1/3 of the band Saint Adeline, which founded with his two sisters.  He was a contributing songwriter on season two of NBC’s SMASH, and his songs have been heard on CMT’s Gainesville, Oxygen’s The Next Big Thing, and NBC’s The Biggest Loser.   Concerts of his work have been performed at venues all over the world including the Kennedy Center in D.C., Lincoln Center in NYC, and the St. James Theater in London.  His album “I Could Use A Drink: The Songs Of Drew Gasparini” spent 6 weeks on the iTunes top 100.  Twitter/Instagram - @DrewGasparini
