Jake Wilson is the creator and star of the musical web series "The Battery's Down," which can be seen at www.TheBatterysDown.com. The series two seasons were filled with A-list guest appearances and original musical numbers written by Broadway's best, including Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winners. Since the series finale, Jake has continued to create viral videos, with over 8 million video views to date. They have been covered in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, Nylon Magazine, and seen on Tosh.0, Attack of the Show, CBS, E! and CNN. Jake has produced television shows for MTV, Bravo and OWN and written for "Out of Character" (USA) and "VH1 Big Morning Buzz Live" (VH1). As an actor, he can be seen on the pilot of NBC's "Smash" sporting a fierce Justin Bieber haircut. Jake is a proud Musical Theatre graduate of the University of Michigan and has continued his training at the Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City.
