What do you do outside of blogging? I am a technical writer and program manager.

Favorite musical: My favorite musical (for now) is The Lion King. It is a universal show with stellar production value, colorful and inventive design and a positive message.

What are you interested in blogging about this winter? Equal representation in theatre (gender and race). Producing musical theatre on a limited budget/for the novice theatre company. Musical theatre in the DC metro area.

What are your non-theater interests? I love reading literary fiction, going to independent films, grassroots community activism and trying new, eclectic restaurants.
