Last week, I talked about choosing a college for reasons other than “New York.” And this week, I’m continuing that to state that talent can come from all sorts of places.

This week’s #NMTvotw comes from a high schooler in Stockholm, Sweden.

There are a few things that are international, and music is one of them. We can all express emotion and soar to the highest with our voices, and with that, we can make the world feel a little bit smaller.

The main purpose of art is always sharing – giving the audience experiences that they can take with them into their everyday lives and evoke feelings among everyone who is capable of receiving what is being given to them at that very moment
